When you submit a quote request, the form collects your name, phone number and email address, plus any optional move date, starting or destination city/ZIP, service selection and notes you provide. The form also includes an automated spam-prevention field.
How a quote request is handled
The quote form sends the details you provide to Formspree for processing and email notification to the inbox configured for the form. Lightning Movers can also be reached directly at info@lightningmover.com.
Third-party processing
Formspree processes quote-form submissions on behalf of the website. Its handling and retention of submitted details are subject to Formspree’s privacy terms and settings.
Log access and retention
The website records delivery status and technical errors in application logs; it does not keep quote requests in a separate app database. Log availability and retention depend on the hosting environment.
Analytics and tracking
